During open beta, yes — for both shoppers and merchants. No card, no time limit. Paid plans launch when we hit 10k merchants.
How is this different from a punch card or points app?
Points are math. Games are emotion. Players feel they earned something — that's why Starbucks' app drives 40% of their revenue. We give you the same engine.
Do I need a POS or website integration?
No. Customers redeem by showing the code in the wallet. You can also paste a checkout overlay snippet (coming) for one-click on-site redemption.
What happens to my brand? Won't I look discounty?
Opposite. Players feel they won. Discounts train customers to wait for sales — games train them to come back for the next drop.
